Named after the famous Jewish song, written in exile in Spain, this cask which previously held rare Amontillado sherry has beautifully aged this Israeli single malt for 4 years.

Distilled at Milk & Honey distillery, this cask is the first of its kind to be used in Israel.

Bottled at the ideal strength of 54.5% ABV.

Nose: Red fruit, cinnamon and honey, with an oaky spice and slight citrusy zest.

Palate: Dried fruit, dark chocolate and red wine, balanced with oak and citrus notes.

Finish: Long, spicy-sweet, honey drizzled on raisins.
