The first cask from Scotland!

The meaning of Peregrinus, in Latin, can be translated as Crusader or foreigner.

Crusader – The ones who spread the knowledge of distilling, from the Middle-East to Europe,as depicted on the label.

Foreigner – the Scotch Whisky, that came to reside in Israel.

This Single Malt Scotch comes from the Tormore distillery, which resides in the Speyside region. The whisky matured in an ex-bourbon cask for 11 years, before a second maturation of one year in a single second-fill Oloroso Sherry octave.

The bottles, of which there are only 64, are served at a Cask Strength of 61.4%.

Nose: Floral, dried fruits and candied pecans.

Palate: Red fruits, milk chocolate and blueberry jam.

Finish: Long, citrus and spice, candied orange and cinnamon.
